Do not bother with VoIP call quality and end user complaints. SolarWinds® VoIP & Network Quality Manager (VNQM) monitors VoIP performance by analyzing call detail records generated by Cisco® Unified Communications Manager and Avaya Aura® Communication Manager and proactively identifying and resolving distortion, latency, and disruption. It also generates synthetic VoIP traffic using Cisco IP SLA technology, which simplifies capacity planning and voice quality measurement in the run-up to new VoIP deployments. VNQM also monitors key edge router and switch statistics and helps you keep track of WAN performance between sites.
